Understand stats and attributions

Persona tracks a number of events in order to produce communication, sequence and campaign statistics.

Communication stats

Pop-up stats


The metrics available in a "pop-up" side-panel are:

Instances

Defines the total number of times this particular pop-up has appeared during a visitor session in the last 30 days.


Clicks

Defines the total number of times this particular pop-up has been clicked at least once during a visitor session in the last 30 days.


Orders

Defines the total number of orders that have been attributed to this particular pop-up in the last 30 days.

An order can be attributed to a pop-up only when a click on this pop-up is recorded right before the order is placed. Clicks that discard pop-ups are not counted as a meaningful interaction, and as such, visitors discarding pop-ups without clicking on anything within the pop-up will not have their orders attributed to the pop-up. If more than one Persona communication was interacted with before an order was placed, Persona will attribute the order to the last communication that was interacted with.


Value

Defines the total $ value of orders that have been attributed to this particular pop-up in the last 30 days.

The value of an order can be attributed to a pop-up only when a click on this pop-up is recorded right before the order is placed. Clicks that discard pop-ups are not counted as a meaningful interaction, and as such, visitors discarding pop-ups without clicking on anything within the pop-up will not have their orders attributed to the pop-up. Likewise, there is a high probability that visitors will hover on top of your pop-up if they discard it, and as such visitors hovering without clicking on anything within the pop-up will not have their orders attributed to the pop-up. If more than one Persona communication was interacted with before an order was placed, Persona will attribute the order to the last communication that was interacted with.



Notification stats

The metrics available in a "notification" side-panel are:

Instances

Defines the total number of times this particular notification has appeared during a visitor session in the last 30 days.


Clicks

Defines the total number of times this particular notification has been clicked at least once during a visitor session in the last 30 days.


Hovered

Defines the total number of times this particular notification has been hovered on at least once during a visitor session in the last 30 days.


Orders

Defines the total number of orders that have been attributed to this particular notification in the last 30 days.

An order can be attributed to a notification only when a click, or a hover on this notification is recorded right before the order is placed. Visitors viewing notifications without hovering or clicking on them will not have their orders attributed to the notification. If more than one Persona communication was interacted with before an order was placed, Persona will attribute the order to the last communication that was interacted with.

Defines the total number of times this particular website block has appeared during a visitor session in the last 30 days.


Clicks

Defines the total number of times this particular website block has been clicked at least once during a visitor session in the last 30 days.


Orders

Defines the total number of orders that have been attributed to this particular website block in the last 30 days.

An order can be attributed to a website block only when a click on this website block is recorded right before the order is placed. Visitors viewing website blocks without clicking on them will not have their orders attributed to their website blocks. The metrics available in the "Sequence" side-panel are:

Started

Defines the number of times this particular sequence has started to deliver in the last 30 days.


Profiles

Defines the total number of different unique profiles who have been delivered this particular sequence in the last 30 days.


Orders

Defines the total number of orders that have been attributed to a communication within this particular sequence in the last 30 days.


Value

Defines the total $ value of orders that have been attributed to a communication within this particular campaign in the last 30 days.


Campaign stats

The metrics available in the "Campaign" side-panel are:

Started

Defines the number of times this particular campaign has started to deliver in the last 30 days.


Profiles

Defines the total number of different unique profiles who have been delivered this particular campaign in the last 30 days.


Orders

Defines the total number of orders that have been attributed to a communication within this particular campaign in the last 30 days.


Value

Defines the total $ value of orders that have been attributed to a communication within this particular campaign in the last 30 days.
