Who is included in my Main audience?

The Main audience is the default group of profiles in your Persona workspace.

It includes every profile, whether they are part of a segment or not, and whether they have been identified or not.

For example, a brand new visitor that has never visited your website in the past would be included in the Main audience.

Likewise, a long time customer in your workspace’s subscribers’ list would be included in the Main audience.

The only visitors that are not part of your main audience are the visitors who didn't approve to be tracked through your cookie consent policy on your website.
