What are Channels
Channels are different communication methods that can be leveraged to communicate with an audience.
At the moment, Persona offers 3 different on-page channels: notifications, pop-ups and website blocks.
Each of those channel has its own capabilities, its own variation of the Persona communication composer, and its own setup process.
You can review your different channels in the Channels dashboard.
If your store is built on Shopify, Notifications and Pop-ups will be hidden from your Channels dashboard, as the script required for those channels is automatically added to your Shopify storefront scripts on install.
